Instructions how to use
Immerse the mouth guard blank in water 80-90 C
for 15-20 seconds.
Take the mouth guard out of the water with a wooden spoon and cool for 10 seconds.
Put the slightly cooled mouth guard on the selected row of teeth. Stretch with your fingers on the outer/inner side of the teeth bite down firmly and hold for 10-15 seconds until the mouth guard takes the shape of your tooth row.
The mouth guard should be rinsed with cold water to fix the resulting shape. If the mouth guard is formed correctly and fits snugly to the teeth, it will not fall off and interfere during sleep.
